PKR96 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR96 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the PKR96 website, mobile application and any related services.

By accessing the PKR96 platform — whether by browsing the site, downloading the app, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet — you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation. This acceptance takes effect from the first moment you access any part of the PKR96 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR96.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use PKR96, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed PKR96 account.
• You are using the platform entirely for personal entertainment purposes.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

PKR96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a utility bill or bank statement showing your address, or other documents as required. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal processing delays.

If PKR96 discovers that an account was registered by someone who did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration — particularly the age requirement — the account will be permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned, but any winnings accumulated during the ineligible period will be forfeited.

3Account Management

Each player may hold only one PKR96 account. Creating multiple accounts — even if the intent is to benefit from multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a self-exclusion — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and all balances (including pending withdrawals) may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person has access to your account or login credentials.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you personally or by another person who has gained access to your account.
• Updating your contact details if your email address or mobile number changes.

PKR96 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from PKR96 and asking for your password or payment information, treat it as suspicious and do not respond. Report it to PKR96 support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact PKR96 support without delay. Prompt reporting reduces the risk of loss and allows the platform to take protective action on your account.

PKR96 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or where required to do so by law.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PKR96 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – instant bank-linked transfers
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers
• Mobile Wallets – other supported digital payment options

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages. These limits may be updated from time to time. The limits shown at the time of your transaction are the ones that apply.

Deposit processing times depend on the payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. PKR96 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for larger amounts or where account details have recently changed.

PKR96 only processes withdrawals to payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with standard financial integrity requirements.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

PKR96 offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures), football, esports and other markets, along with casino games including bingo, slots and live casino.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except in specific circumstances outlined in the relevant sport's rules.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — such as a clearly incorrect line caused by a system or data feed error — PKR96 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• In-play bets are accepted on a "best efforts" basis. Where live data feed delays or technical interruptions affect the accuracy of live odds, PKR96 may void affected in-play bets at its discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Live casino outcomes are determined by live dealer play in real time. PKR96 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.

For bingo specifically: ticket purchases are final once confirmed. Room rules — including ticket prices, prize structures and jackpot conditions — are displayed in the bingo lobby before you enter a room. By purchasing tickets, you accept the specific rules of that room.

6Bonuses & Promotions

PKR96 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions — such as minimum deposit amounts, qualifying payment methods or account status — are stated in each offer's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games or bet types are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your account balance. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless a specific promotion requires bonus funds to be used.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.
• PKR96 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer and begun meeting wagering requirements will not be disadvantaged by a mid-promotion change.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonuses in a low-risk hedging pattern, or any other method of bonus exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

PKR96 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and permanent closure:

• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any wins resulting from a known exploit are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in bingo rooms, poker games or any other multiplayer format.
• Using information not publicly available at the time of placing a bet (including inside information about cricket matches or other sports events).
• Placing bets with the intention of manipulating a market or exploiting pricing errors.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means or structuring deposits to avoid detection.
• Using the PKR96 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.

PKR96 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect suspicious activity. Where unusual betting patterns, irregular wins or other anomalies are detected, PKR96 may place a hold on the account pending investigation. During any investigation, withdrawal requests may be delayed. PKR96 will communicate the outcome of investigations to the affected player in a reasonable timeframe.

8Privacy & Data

PKR96 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments and comply with applicable legal obligations. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein. Key points include:

• Your data is stored securely using SSL encryption and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider's secure systems. PKR96 does not store full payment credentials on its servers.
• PKR96 may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform — such as payment processors and fraud detection services — under strict confidentiality agreements.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data PKR96 holds about you, and to request correction of inaccurate data.

9Responsible Gaming

PKR96 believes that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a means to recover money, or something that negatively affects your daily life. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit limits – set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders – set alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion – temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

10Limitation of Liability

PKR96 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform works to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, internet disruptions and other factors outside the platform's control may affect availability from time to time.

PKR96's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• PKR96 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, connectivity issues or interruptions to third-party payment services beyond its control.
• PKR96 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect bet being accepted or an incorrect payout being made, PKR96 reserves the right to correct the error. This may include adjusting account balances where an overpayment has occurred.
• PKR96's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

11Amendments to These Terms

PKR96 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, payment options, legal requirements or operational policies. When material changes are made, PKR96 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a material change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the new Terms take effect.
