If you sign in from a device PKR96 has not seen before — a new phone, a different laptop, or a friend's tablet — the system may send an OTP to your registered mobile as a security check. This is normal behaviour and is there to protect your account and your PKR balance from unauthorised access. Simply enter the OTP when prompted and you will be logged in as usual. The new device will then be recognised for future sessions.
If you are on a shared device — a family computer or a phone that others can access — do not tick the "Keep me signed in" option. Always log out properly from Account Settings when you are done. On your personal phone, staying signed in is fine and convenient for quick access during live PSL matches when every minute counts.
Change your password regularly, especially if you suspect someone else may have access to your email or mobile number. A strong PKR96 password should have at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
After several consecutive failed login attempts, PKR96 may temporarily lock your account as a security precaution. If this happens, wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If you are still unable to get in, use the password reset option or email the support team at [email protected]. This is more relevant on desktop than on the mobile app. If you come back to find yourself logged out mid-session, simply sign back in — your PKR balance, open bets and game progress are all saved server-side and will be exactly as you left them.
